Dillingham Family Farm


...is a multi-generational farm in the mountains of Western North Carolina, working to regenerate the health and productivity of the soil God has given us stewardship of.


We produce grass-fed and finished beef and lamb, as well as pastured pork and eggs. Our animals are raised eating their natural diet, without artificial growth hormones, insecticides or antibiotics. Our land receives no chemical fertilizers or herbicides. 


We strive to produce clean, healthy, nutritious food for your family and ours, by mimicking the natural processes of creation. We believe people should know and trust their farmer, so we invite you to call us with any questions or to schedule a visit to the farm to see our practices for yourself. We are a 9th generation family farm nestled in the mountains of Barnardsville, North Carolina. We raise grass-fed and finished beef, pastured pork, laying hens and meat chickens using no hormones or antibiotics. Our primary goal is to improve our soils through regenerative agriculture so that our pastures can provide exceptional quality forage to our animals.
