Dillingham Family Farm a multi-generational farm in the mountains of Western North Carolina, working to regenerate the health and productivity of the soil God has given us stewardship of.

We produce grass-fed and finished beef and lamb, as well as pastured pork and eggs. Our animals are raised eating their natural diet, without artificial growth hormones, insecticides or antibiotics. Our land receives no chemical fertilizers or herbicides. 

We strive to produce clean, healthy, nutritious food for your family and ours, by mimicking the natural processes of creation.
