Here is a great weeknight dinner option for you! Our new Philly steaks are tender and lean, ready to slice up and cook for sandwiches, just add your favorites: onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc and season to taste. Quick and easy, these cook up in about 5 minutes! Just spoon onto hoagie rolls and top with cheese and dinner is served!
The picture below shows them sliced in the skillet. Just stack them up and slice short-ways. This is best done while they are still a little bit frozen!
