Our uncured bacon is simply sliced, not seasoned or smoked. This allows you to season it to your preferences.

We like to lay the slices out on a shallow baking pan, sprinkle with seasoning salt, and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes, or until done. You can also find recipes online for making your own brine and allow the bacon to marinate in that overnight.
