Favorite Recipe: Whole 30 Pork Roast (This is so easy and SO delicious!)

Make a rub:  1Tbsp. salt /  1.5 tsp. paprika  /  1.5 tsp. garlic powder  / 0.5 tsp. chili powder  /  0.5 tsp ground ginger  / 0.5 tsp black pepper. Mix all together and sprinkle on all sides of roast. Rub in to cover completely.

Place into a crock pot.  Add 1 cup apple juice or cider, 2 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup water to bottom of crock pot (Do not pour over roast.)

Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 6-7 hours. * Your house will smell amazing!* Pull meat apart with two forks. We love to serve this with roasted sweet potato rounds and fried cabbage. Enjoy!
