The sirloin steak is a great option for a tender, less-expensive steak for your family. We like to marinate it and sear or grill. You can also cut it into cubes or strips for the skillet to use in stir-fry, soups or on skewers for the grill.
We are a 9th generation family farm nestled in the mountains of Barnardsville, North Carolina. We raise grass-fed and finished beef, pastured pork, laying hens and meat chickens using no hormones or antibiotics. Our primary goal is to improve our soils through regenerative agriculture so that our pastures can provide exceptional quality forage to our animals.
