Stew beef is full of flavor and easy to use! 

Beef Stew Recipe:

Cut meat into bite- sized pieces, sear in dutch oven pot with salt and pepper until all sides are browned. Add 4 cups beef broth, 1 t. rosemary and 1 t. parsley and simmer for 1 hour. Add peeled, chopped carrots, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, celery or other vegetables of your choice. Simmer until tender. In a small bowl, mix 4 T. cornstarch with 1/2 cup water. Add to stew and bring up to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minute. Serve over rice with green peas or salad. One of our favorite wintertime dinners!!
